Nicola Smith Fine Art was set up in 2004 with the aim of providing an informal space in which people could view a wide selection of affordable paintings. Having spent many years working in galleries in the West End, Nicola was aware how intimidating art galleries can be to the potential art buyer and thus it seemed a natural progression to set up a gallery at her home in Surrey.

The great advantage of working from home is the flexibility it offers to clients. The gallery is effectively open all hours, enabling clients to arrange appointments to suit them which has been particularly popular as buying art is extremely personal and historically both partners like to be present at the point of purchase! The gallery is happy to loan paintings to potential clients so that the works can be viewed in situ, making the decision process a great deal easier.

The gallery has a constantly changing selection of paintings, with prices ranging from £300 to £5,000. Regular exhibitions and private views are held throughout the year, all of which are advertised on this website.
